These terms describe your use of FilaCerta, a Mind1 service. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these conditions.

The service

FilaCerta helps you check wait times, maps, attraction availability, and forecasts for Orlando theme parks. The current version is in testing and may have errors, interruptions, or feature changes.

Data may be delayed or unavailable, and forecasts are estimates. We do not guarantee wait times, attraction operations, or alert delivery. In this version, alert monitoring requires the page to remain open. Always follow the parks' official rules and information.

Account and access

Use an account that belongs to you and protect your sign-in details. A standard account does not grant administrative access; that access requires specific authorization and two-step verification.

Passes and payments

When purchases are available, passes provide 1, 3, 7, 15 or 30 consecutive days of access starting at payment confirmation, with one payment and no renewal. The annual subscription renews automatically every year until canceled. Canceling renewal preserves access for the paid period. Your pass belongs to your account and can be used on the website and app. Park admission and express queue access are purchased separately. Payments and refund requests follow the channel where you purchased: Stripe on the website, Apple on iOS or Google Play on Android.

Responsible use

Do not try to access accounts or areas without authorization, disrupt the service, bypass security controls, or post illegal or abusive content or other people's personal data. We may restrict access and remove content to protect the service and its users.

Independence and privacy

FilaCerta is independent of park operators. Attraction names and marks are used for identification. Our data practices are described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes to these conditions will be posted on this page with the version date.
